Do you accept credit cards for payment?
We sure do. InnovaSource Inc. has a merchant account for both VISA and MasterCard. Our account is in Canadian dollars, so your purchase will be charged for the equivalent amount of Canadian dollars. Please note there may be a very small discrepancy either way due to foreign exchange rates between the time we charge your card and when your bank posts that charge.

What is an Exchange-Basis Sale and why should I consider it?
An Exchange-Basis Sale is one where you send us back the old part in the same package that we sent you its replacement. We will give you a credit once it is received.

Why aren't all products elligible for Exchange?
Many items cannot be refurbished well enough to be re-sold, or simply do not warrant the attempt

What is your return policy?
Any defective item may be returned for replacement or credit within 14 days of shipment. Simply email us for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without one. Please note that incompatibility is not a valid reason for return. Make sure the part you order is indeed the part you need. If not sure, just ask us.... we'll do our best to help.
